Client required the highly accurate mapping and calculations of crop acreage. Spanning over a 3,000 square kilometre area; Canadrone collected aerial imagery and created georeferenced, orthomosaic maps of approximately 22,000 acres of fields throughout the region from 54,900 acres of total orthoimagery.

The highly accurate data collected had ~0.1% difference between GPS and GIS linear measurements. The variance on a 50m measurement between GPS and GIS is only 5cm.
